Cyber Security Engineer

My Yorkshire based client is looking to recruit an experienced Security Engineer to join their Security team at one of the biggest Universities in the UK undergoing one of the most exciting digital transformations in the education sector, with cyber security at the very core of their vision.

As Security Engineer, you will sit within the Security Consulting area and support numerous projects to deliver and embed security throughout. You will leverage your knowledge of security to investigate and understand projects presented and work with stakeholders to implement secure practices and deliver secure solutions.

As Cyber Security Engineer, you will provide hands on support to project teams in a range of Microsoft and Cloud/technologies - specifically Azure, API Security and endpoint protection. Exposure to Linux and Mac technologies would also be of specific interest.
